Some modifications

TerraNet Team will modify Realms so they can suit low population,changes are folowing:
-Battleground Realm:players will be able to join BG's 1vs1,durability will be removed from items and equipment,all spells from all trainers will be free.
-Funserver Realm:each newly created player will have 4 Foror's Crate of Endless Resist Gear Storage's except hunters they will have 3 crates,spawn times for all rare and rare elites will be changed to 180 seconds.
-Some more will be added as soon we decide which ones but for now its just this.
