Stop crashing the server

Ive already written a post in forums saying that Magister's terrace second boss (Vexallus) crashes the server some seconds after being killed. Im sure some1 has made the server crash becuase of that, cause in the list of players online (online just before the crash cause now no1 can be online) 2 of the 3 are in Magister's terrace! (I wont say names)
Delete that boss or sth. cause stability in a server is priority number one over any other bug, and here everytime server crashes takes many hours to go onine again...

Another ¡dea could be a period warning like the one annonucing the booty bay event saying "Do not kill Vexallus, second boss of Magister's Terrace cause it crashes the server"

Today again, funserver crashed probably cause somebody killed vexallus. No play during hours till some1 call an admin to reset server.
Plz delete that bugged boss, server cant crash and not autoreboot during hours every now and then...
